The soul of Falcon Nest lies in its products — authentic, pure, and expressive, just like the land that nurtures them.
We carefully cultivate the international grape varieties Shiraz and Merlot, as well as the indigenous Cypriot varieties Maratheftiko and Yannoudi, which produce wines with strong personality and long aging potential.
 
Beyond wine, our estate also produces other treasures of Cypriot soil:

• High-quality, cold-pressed olive oil
• Aromatic teas from the herbs of the mountain
• Almonds and seasonal fruits, hand-picked at the peak of ripeness
