The only winery in Cyprus that produces wine without any mechanical intervention \u2014 from harvesting to crushing. Every grape is carefully selected and processed by hand, preserving the fruit\u2019s authenticity and character.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The wines mature in French oak barrels for 12\u201315 months and then age for at least 5 years under ideal conditions (12\u00b0C), developing depth, complexity, and harmony.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
