About Us<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Our winery was founded in October 2018. We have 8 acres of carefully cultivated vineyards, which form the heart of our production and reflect our philosophy: authenticity, quality, and respect for nature and the local traditions.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Production is carried out entirely by hand, just as it was done in earlier times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each grape is hand-selected and crushed manually to preserve the fruit\u2019s character and aroma \u2014 no mechanical intervention touches the juice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, the wines mature in French oak barrels for 12\u201315 months, developing complexity, body, and harmony. They then age for at least 5 years in our temperature-controlled cellar at 12\u00b0C, where the wine breathes slowly, gaining depth and expressiveness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Falcon Nest Winery is the only winery in Cyprus that produces wine entirely by hand<\/strong> \u2014 a rare craft that unites tradition with authenticity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our awards <\/strong>at the international \u201cOinorama<\/strong>\u201d competition in Thessaloniki, with gold and silver medals, confirm our dedication and passion for excellence.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

2010<\/h3>
<\/span><\/div>
In 2010, we began cultivating our vineyards, which form the heart of our production, starting with the Maratheftiko and Shiraz grape varieties.<\/div><\/div>

2015<\/h3>
<\/span><\/div>
In 2015, we added Merlot to our grape varieties, expanding our activities.<\/div><\/div>

2018<\/h3>
<\/span><\/div>
Winery Establishment \u2013 a dream realized with the official launch of our commercial activity and the addition of the new label \u201cYannoudi.\u201d<\/div><\/div>

2020<\/h3>
<\/span><\/div>
Further expanding our activities with a continuous development plan, we added \u201cAged Commandaria\u201d to our range, which is matured in oak barrels.<\/div><\/div>

2023<\/h3>
<\/span><\/div>
Our Shiraz and Maratheftiko wines were awarded Gold and Silver Medals at the Oinorama Thessaloniki International Competition.<\/div><\/div>
