The only winery in Cyprus that produces wine without any mechanical intervention — from harvesting to crushing. Every grape is carefully selected and processed by hand, preserving the fruit’s authenticity and character.

Respect for
Nature and Tradition

The cultivation of the 8 acres of vineyards is carried out using natural methods and a philosophy that honors the land and the environment, continuing traditional winemaking practices.

Long Maturation and Aging

The wines mature in French oak barrels for 12–15 months and then age for at least 5 years under ideal conditions (12°C), developing depth, complexity, and harmony.

International Recognition and Quality Awards

Award-winning wines with gold and silver medals at the international “Oinorama” competition in Thessaloniki — a testament to Falcon Nest’s dedication to excellence and the global recognition of its quality.

Our winery was founded in October 2018. We have 8 acres of carefully cultivated vineyards, which form the heart of our production and reflect our philosophy: authenticity, quality, and respect for nature and the local traditions.

Falcon Nest Estate is a place that enchants.

Built atop a mountain at an altitude of 740 meters, it offers unobstructed 360° panoramic views of the Limassol Bay and the Troodos mountain range.

It is situated above the villages of Korfi and Apaisia, spanning 53 acres arranged in 10 terraced levels with stone walls.
